In the meantime, if you experience any problems with one of our Apps, try these methods to resolve your problem...
1 - Restart the App
Close the App by pressing the home button. On multitasking devices, you'll also need to close the App on the multitasking bar: double press the home button to bring up the bar and then hold down the App icon and tap on the red 'x' symbol that appears. Then try launching the app again.
2 - Reinstall the App
If the problem still persists, then try reinstalling the App. First, delete the App from your device by holding down the App icon and tapping on the red 'x' symbol that appears. Then, go to the App Store on your device, search for the App you just removed and download it again to your device. You will NOT be charged for the App again by doing this. Once the App has been installed, launch it hopefully the issue should be resolved.
