It was: witty, hilarious and mostly trivial. Or at least it tried to be. Running from November 2008 - February 2009, CupboardCast was an amateur audio show offering a satirical and witty view on many different topics. Its unique point was that it was often recorded inside a cupboard, where regulars such as Thom, Graeme, Chris and James would talk about things, do special features and make sketches. ‘Series 1′ went from November to December and consisted of frequent and conversational episodes, climaxing in a scripted ‘CupboardCast Magical Christmas Adventure’ and several other special festive shows. ‘Series 2′ which started in January 2009, was majorly different in that each episode had a specific topic in which several sketches were prepared for, in addition to some conversation about it. CupboardCast Series One has now been commercially released and is available online from the likes of iTunes, Amazon.co.uk MP3, Spotify and more. The Christmas Specials & Series Two are still available to listen to for free. CupboardCast has now finished. Whilst the website and episodes are left online, there will be no new updates. |
